Phoenix Neurofeedback and Mental Health Center LLC
A Different Approach to Mental Health and Healing
We combine psychotherapy, neuroscience, neurofeedback, and culturally responsive care to help people better understand themselves, regulate their nervous systems, and create meaningful change.
Whether you are struggling with trauma, anxiety, chronic stress, emotional dysregulation, attention difficulties, or simply feel that your nervous system is always “on,” our goal is to help you move toward greater stability, awareness, and well-being.
Regulation is the gateway. Awareness is the path. Transformation is inevitable.
Welcome to Phoenix
Mental health treatment should never feel one-size-fits-all.
At Phoenix, we look beyond symptoms to understand the whole person—including your nervous system, experiences, relationships, environment, identity, and culture.
Our approach combines traditional psychotherapy with innovative brain-based approaches such as neurofeedback.
You do not have to choose between science and human connection.
We believe meaningful treatment can include both.

Why Phoenix?
We believe that symptoms often make more sense when we understand what the nervous system has learned to do in order to survive.
Treatment at Phoenix is compassionate, collaborative, culturally aware, trauma-informed, and grounded in both psychology and neuroscience.
You are more than a diagnosis. Your treatment should reflect that.
