In this podcast we talk with Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, Djara Hampton who has her own private practice. Mrs. Hampton talks us through Neurofeedback and how over the course of 1 hourly session for 20 weeks, you can learn to regulate your central nervous system so that you are able to effectively respond to any situation and/or triggers. This treatment has been around since the 1970’s but because of the cost it hasn’t been affordable for many people. Mrs. Hampton has been trained and certified and is bringing this treatment to her patient population. Mrs. Hampton approaches her work with deep passion, humility and empathy and is in ensuring that her patient population receives the services that supports their needs.

Whether you are struggling with trauma, anxiety, chronic stress, emotional dysregulation, attention difficulties, or simply feel that your nervous system is always “on,” our goal is to help you move toward greater stability, awareness, and well-being.
